Should schools require students to wear a uniform.
Hi guys, well in my opinion uniforms should not be obligatory, I think we have to wear something that we like and consider comfortable. Because if we are comfortable we have more disposition to learn and to stay in that place. And when they obligate us to do something, we feel 'pressed' and without freedom, so to solve this problem the uniform could be optional, wear who wants. And a lot of people say that uniform is a way of security, a way to identify who can enter or not in the school. But I don't agree with it, because if someone wants to enter there to do something wrong or bad will not be a uniform that will prevent, even because anyone can buy a uniform without no difficult.

Ana, I desagree. I dont think your clothes change how you learn and I dont think you are not free just because you are wearing uniforms, there are other million ways that we have our liberty taken from us . Even wearing uniform you can use accesories to adapt it in your style. and you can always change school if you dont like something in it that realy bothers you
ReplyDeleteI agree that a uniform won't prevent any violence in the school and that we should feel comfortable,but we have to see the other side.Imagine how much money the school would lose,just to publicize their name!And look how the "poor" people would feel in a place where their are humiliated by the others!And to personalize,like Isabella said,we can use some discreet accessories(to feel more confortable).Karen Tabata.

I have a different point of view about the obligation of uniform in schools, We all know that people always are judged by appearence, and this behaviour is very strong among children and in this specific age They will carry this feeling during His whole life, and I think that We must to do an effort to pvovide children an enviroment where They 'll only have to worry about being learning usefull things.

ReplyDeleteI think that an uniform can be comfortable, and not using or being optional would take lots of people to judge who goes with uniform. In school we have a big class distinction, and for it not to be a problem using uniforms is very efficient
ReplyDeleteI don't agree with a lot of things . The clothes don't make influence with the quality nor the manner in which we study . Some people can go overboard if the use of the uniform isn't obligation , with shorts and T-shirts shot , what isn't good to shcool .
